Shipping

Our standard method of shipping is Canada Post Expedited. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD in Canada and the US only. Our processing time is anywhere between 1 to 3 business days, we rarely can ship out on the same day an order is placed. Once your package leaves our shop, we have no control over its movement and can not guarantee an exact date that your order will arrive. If you are planning on shopping and getting items shipped before major holidays, we recommend getting your shopping done earlier rather than later in case there are major delays in deliveries.

*If you wish to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order is over the 24 hour mark or has already been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order. Once you place an order, we are working on it to get it ready. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. 

*We are NOT responsible for porch pirates. If you have a package stolen off your porch, you must contact the company that delivered your package and open a claim with them. We can not re-ship your order.

 

When selecting your shipping method it is important to know that we do not ship on weekends or stat holidays. We only ship on business days.

 

Pick Up Orders

We have four pick up locations in the Edmonton and surrounding areas that are as follows:

Edmonton - South - Ellerslie

Edmonton - West - Glastonbury

St.Albert - North Ridge Drive 

Sturgeon County - Estate Way Crescent

Please note that all pick up locations are not open 24 hours for pick up. These locations have families and boundaries, and can not be giving out orders at odd hours of the morning, or night, and sometimes during the day. When your order is ready for pick up, you will get an email notification and then we will arrange a pick up time that works for all parties involved.

Pick up orders will be held for 14 days only. If your order has not been picked up by this time, it will be cancelled and you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If for some reason you can not pick up your order within that time period, please contact us and we can figure something out.
