We always hope that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase it is easy to exchange or return.
Returned items need to be 80% intact and returned with the original packaging and receipt. If you wish to return an item, you need to contact us first to get authorization. We can only accept returns up to 60 days after the date we ship out your order, or when you pick up from your pick up location. Shipping charges are not refundable. We can not accept returns without contacting us for authorization first.
If we shipped you the wrong item by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order is over the 24 hour mark or has already been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order. Once you place an order, we are working on it to get it ready. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Here at Three Fates Soap Co, we do all we can to ship your items safely to you. If your bath bombs arrive with small cracks or dents, we can not refund or exchange your product. A small crack or dent does not affect the performance or usability of the bath bomb, therefore we will not refund or exchange your purchase. If your purchase arrives severely damaged, we advise you do not tamper with the box. Please take photo's of the box and the product in it within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date to see if we can approve any further action.
